Full IFR, comes with: Dual king KX155 Coms/Nav one has glideslope and the other VOR king KN64 DME AT50A Transponder king KR86 ADF. Garmin 196 GPS Alternate Vacuum system for added safety during those IFR flights Its also equipped with STRATUS-2S wireless which will provide you with up to minute full color traffic, Terrain, Weather with stunning 3D synthetic vision via Satellite and GPS on 9.7 inch LCD screen on a new 2017 Ipad pro. It also have automatic flight data recorder, Build in pressure altitude sensor and many other options too many to list. The paint and interior both are very nice on this plane as you could see in the pictures. It has navigation lights, wing high intensity strobe lights and beacon light. It comes with a windshield cover, tow bar and Pitot cover and pilot hand book and check list. Engine oil still has 25 hrs before it needs changing and additional case of oil included with the sale. Have all of the log books as well as other paperwork since day 1. This aircraft flies nice and straight and smooth. Positive control system will hold wings level and by turning the turn coordinator knob to desired heading aircraft will hold that selected heading. Super easy to fly and trim for cruise hand off and with all up to minute data at your disposal (GPS, Traffic, Terrain, Weather, charts and Plates updates, IFR and VFR charts and updates, back up true airspeed, Altimeter, 3D AHRS, VSI, Map) you can enjoy flying cross country extremely safe, pretty fast and economical. Cruises with full tanks of fuel at 150 Knots (24/24) at 75% power. That is 5 hours and 45 minutes of nonstop flying at 150 knots. Much more efficient than C172 and Piper. I have flown this Mooney for smoother air at 10,000 feet it burns average 9 GPH and would give you a max range of 862 miles( holds 52 gallons of 100LL). ceiling is 17,500 feet if you have O2 carry on. This aircraft has been very well maintained, with attention to details. Brand new battery 01/15/2017 new tire 12/29/2016. Gear swing and bearing lube and gear system lube all was done at the time of gear swing 12/29/2016 By American Aviation LLC. Manifold pressure/ fuel pressure gauge was recently replaced 02/13/17. Damage history: Gear Up landing. All damaged and scratched belly sheet metal areas meticulously inspected and any damaged items were replaced and painted as original if not better, Engine and Prop also was overhauled per AD 2084-10-14C1 and MSB 475C. Inspected completely overhauled and replaced Accessory case and drive gears with associated bolts and hardware and another serviceable prop was installed and eddy current was complied with on 11/11/2016. ELT battery was replaced 10/06/2016 not due till 10/06/2018. IFR certified: Altimeter and Pitot static and xponder test was done 07-10-2015 its due 07-10-2017 .Both fuel tanks were resealed on 07/12/2014 and there are absolutely no leaks.
