You are bidding on one sweet flying and looking airplane. It has been meticulously maintained and cared for by partners with cleanliness OCD. It"s previous owners were A&P"s. You must see and fly this aircraft to appreciate it. At full IFR, low hours and low operating and maintenance costs, it would be a perfect airplane for student (VFR/IFR) pilots working on their tickets, private pilots wanting a low cost aircraft of their own with IFR capability, a second (auxiliary) plane for seasoned pilots with larger aircraft and something really fun to fly. It has always been hangered, and non-smoking. It was repainted in the late 80s but looks brand new. I would say 9/10. Interior about a 7/10. 3590 hours on the airframe and only 616 hours on the overhauled engine. So there are many years ahead before next overhaul. It has new tires, a heated pitot, toe brakes, throttle quadrant, Whalen strobes, Knots2U flap and hinge fairings, new trim barrel & bushings, laminar flow systems aileron & flap gap seals. All AD"s are current as is the Annual. All complete and original logs and documentation as well as manuals for instruments. She is ready to pick up and fly.Engine is a Lycoming 0-320-E2A. It has a new starter, new exhaust, painted firewall, Bogart battery cables, and an oil sump heater for winter months in cold climates and a battery box mod. Looking at the panel & interior you will find an avionics master switch, vertical card compass, PTT on both yokes, a Bendix King KLN 89B GPS that is approach approved (w/data port & cables for updates). Dual KX155 Nav/Com"s and dual VOR heads (VOR1 with glidescope and coupled to either the KX 155 or the GPS). A KMA24 audio panel, KT76A transponder. recently overhauled gyro"s, an STEC 20 auto-pilot coupled to VOR1 or VOR2. A KR87 ADF, Shadin AMS 2000 altitude alert, PS Engineering PM1000/II 4 place intercom and Electronics International gauges (ambient exterior and carb heat temps, EGT & CHT , volt & ammeter). We will require a $1,000 deposit within 72 hours of winning bid. This will be fully refundable if this aircraft is not as represented. Partially refunded (less our selling expenses) and at our discretion, if you just change your mind. The balance must be paid in full within 10 days or after your inspection, whichever occurs first. Price is pick up at your expense, from Capital City Airport (KFFT), Frankfort, KY.We can deliver this aircraft for your inspection or purchase for actual round trip expenses plus $500, within the contiguous 48 states.Happy bidding and drop me a line if you have any questions,
