| “I’ve owned this clean 150 HP Cherokee for the last 17 years. Nice low time airframe, 3783 T.T. with 1058 SMOH on the engine. All logs are here back to day one, and no damage history. Cylinder compressions are 69/80, 79/80, 74/80, and 74/80. Annual is due 8-01-2018. Panel mounted Garmin 250XL gps-com works great. Engine has the Tannis electric preheater installed. Replaced the standard fuel filter with an STC’d filter assembly from Steve’s Aircraft. Paint is mostly original, with some touch-ups. Minor hail dings, mostly on top of the engine cowling. Transponder is equipped with mode C, but 24 month certification has expired. Airframe is clean and has been treated internally with ACF-50 corrosion preventative.
