I purchased this 182 in August of 2016. When i purchased this aircraft, it was equipped with standard steam gauges and the GPS. I added the ASPEN 1000 PRO W/ synthetic vision, L3 standby artificial horizon, and GTX 345 transponder. The GTX345 transponder receives traffic and weather data from ADS-B and sends the information to the GPS. You can scroll over on the Garmin 430 and look at all other traffic in your area when you are flying in congested airspace. The GTX345 overlays weather data to the Garmin 430, so you can watch the weather as you fly. The best part about this set up? There are no weather subscription fees; all the weather data that you will ever need while flying (pretty much) is automatically picked up and displayed a few minutes after you takeoff. The GTX345 also transmits weather data to your iPad via Bluetooth if you have Foreflight. There is a picture of all of the avionics in action above.
Interior is in fair condition. There are some cracked and faded plastics, and some minor cosmetic issues that could be fixed. The carpet needs to be thoroughly cleaned and or replaced. Paint is in good condition. Cowling and fuselage have been repainted due to a few small areas of blistering clear coat. No damage history that i am aware of. All logs since new. Total time 3900 approximately, 225 hours SMOH on engine and propeller. IFR current and in annual. Both fuel bladders were replaced last week. Hours are subject to change as my dad and i fly this aircraft regularly.
We generally cruise at 141 knots true, fuel burn is around 13 gallons per hour. 87 gallon fuel tanks.
