1970 180 PIPER CHEROKEE PA-28-180 WITH PROFITABLE SIGHTSEEING BUSINESS IN MIAMI
DescriptionHere is a rare opportunity to purchase a profitable turn-key aviation business that includes a beautiful 1970 Piper 180 Cherokee!
ABOUT THE BUSINESS: here (Website is included with purchase)
Concorde Aviation, a D.B.A. of Triple Heaven Aircraft Leasing Inc., operates sightseeing and Discovery flights out of North Perry Airport in Pembroke Pines, Fl (Miami Area). The company received a Letter of Authorization from the FAA in 2014 to conduct sightseeing flights. For over two years the company has been highly profitable, with an average monthly net income of over $2500, or $30,000 per year. Concorde averages between 40-60 sightseeing flights per month. Most flight are sold via Groupon and Living Social. Here is a link to one of the current offers on Groupon: here >Concorde Aviation has a perfect record of Flight Safety.
All flights are conducted by FAA-certified flight instructor commercial pilots on an FAA-approved drug testing program. Pilots are paid $25 per flight. If you want to conduct the flights yourself, (because you need to build time or you just enjoy flying) monthly net income would increase by approximately $1250 per month, to $3750. This equates to $45,000 per year net income!
There is an optional "hangar share" available with the sale for $3000 additional. This "hangar share" lowers the monthly hangar rental from $600 to $470. This can be used to house your aircraft, or rented out for the $130 monthly profit. There is no time limit on the share, and it can be sold at anytime.
The business could be sold without the aircraft for $30,000, but the FAA has already inspected and approved the Cherokee. Any other aircraft would have to be approved by the FAA before entering paid service. If you buy the Cherokee 180 and the business, you are truly getting a "turn-key" operation. 100% of the company"s stock will be transferred to the new owner, so no additonal FAA paperwork will be required.
There is an Operations Manager available to stay with the company if required. The Operation Manager is not a full-time position, and only present when required by a maintenance, or other issue.
The business is currently being operated by an absentee owner. He is raising cash to pursue a real estate deal, and thus has decided to sell the business.
Because the owner is an airline pilot flying internationally, and not based in Miami, he has retained my services to represent him in the sale of his business. For any questions about the sale, please do not contact Concorde Aviation directly, as the owner is absentee. You are free to call, but you will likely get a pilot or the Ops Manager, and neither are authorized to discuss the sale of the business. Instead, please use the Ebay Ask a Question (located near the bottom of the listing), or call me, Mark, directly at 214-893-1355.
ABOUT THE AIRPLANE:
Included in the sale is a 1970 Piper Cherokee 180, N3685R. This aircraft has a clean, modern paint scheme and up-to-date panel including GPS, engine monitor, fuel flow, and autopilot.
