1970 Mooney Cadet. This aircraft was on the ramp for a couple of years. I bought it and did a very thorough annual inspection. The plane was inspected for corrosion. There was some found and it was removed and repaired to FAA standards. I then had the entire plane treated by a professional with corrosion X. I overhauled the engine. It is a ZERO timed engine. I had the prop overhauled. I replaced exhaust pipes, engine mounts and bolts. Overhauled carb, generator, and mags. All new wires and plugs. New altimeter and DG with heading bug. New interior seats and carpet. Exterior paint is in good shape. 7/10. Interior 8/10. New fuel lines and and all hoses replaced. Fuel tanks removed and cleaned. I literally have close to 40k in labor and repairs. Current date: 2016-09-10
