DescriptionABOUT THE AIRPLANE:
Up for sale is a beautiful 1970 Piper Arrow PA28R, located at North Perry Airport (HWO) near Miami, Fl.
The airplane is Garmin 430 GPS equipped, with coupled autopilot.
The airplane is hangar-kept, and has just had a fresh annual inspection performed in July 2016.
The Piper Arrow is essentially a complex version of the 180 Cherokee, adding a constant speed prop and retractable landing gear.
The Arrow cruises at appoximately 135 knots (155 mph), and burns about 9 gallons per hour of 100LL.
The Arrow has complete logs, and has been maintained on an Adlog system.
The Arrow is currently owned by Triple Heaven Aircraft Leasing, Inc. Triple Heaven has appointed me, Mark Shackelford, as the broker of record for purposes of selling the aircraft. I may be reached at 214-893-1355 for any questions regarding the airplane or the sale.

The records and aircraft are available for inspection and test flight at any time without a deposit, but the deposit will hold the aircraft off the market for the potential buyer.
