This is the plane you want to buy and have been waiting for. I have owned it for the last 9 years and flown it about 125 hours a year. Meticulously maintained and flown by one person. Avionics are upgraded and nice, autopilot works great, engine compressions are all in the 70"s, overall this airplane needs absolutely nothing and is ready to fly you anywhere you want. Our mission changed and I bought a piper seneca. If you come and look at her, you will take her home.
Airframe 6151TT. Great straight flying airplane. Needs nothing and is ready to go.
Engine(s) 1164 SMOH. Flown an average of 125 hours a year for the last 9 years (when I bought it). No issues at all and all compressions are in the 70"s

Exterior Paint is a 6/10. Looks good and is a modern paint job. Glass is all in good shape.
Interior 7/10 Grey leather in good shape. Front seats have sheepskin in black. Carpet is a couple of years old. Headliner is recent.
Inspection Status Fresh annual 10/16 good until 10/17. All ad"s complied with. Current date: 2016-11-16
