In storage 1993 to present. Engine starts and runs. This is an affordable project to own and fly. Original log books, service manual; parts manual, and operation manual go with the aircraft. In storage PHX Area.Brief history was purchased for a family project that never developed. I have stored this since purchase in my hangar. Questions and answer list: 01. Q. Is there a radio and transponder? A. There is a radio and one instrument out that will complete the dash. Do they work? No transponder. 02. Q. Is there a log book for the blades? A. No log book for the rotors. Aircraft Log Book has all the information re rotors and assembly recorded. Last annual 11-06-02 and blades were ok by entry. The blades are stored in a rotor blade box. I was advised to have the blades X-rayed before installing. Per log book there is approx. 450 hrs. on blades 03. Q. do I have all the log book? A. I have all the log books parts books and manuals. Everything is complete. 04. Q. Aircraft registration? Current Airworthiness Certificate? A. The N number was lost During Storage, I will reapply for certificate before sale. 05. Q. Rotor Hub condition? A. was replaced at last annual per log book with new parts as needed. 06. Q. what is the wing span? A. Wing span 11’-2”, Height 8’ 3”, Length 16’, Rotor Dia. 28’. MT weight 1,000 lbs. gross weight 1,550 lbs. Power 180 hp Lycoming. Fuel 24 gal. (12 in each wing). Range 200 miles. Speed 110 MPH. Rate of climb 700 fpm. Take off and land speed 30 MPH. Lift off and landing roll no wind 75’ per book. Wheel stance is approximately 7’ 5”. 07. Q. Is there any corrosion? A. Not that I am aware of. 08. Q. will it fit on a car hauler trailer 8’ W 8’H? A. I will double check measurements tonight and reply with an up date. 09. Engine starts right up and sound good.
