TT=4675 hr (as of Annual inspection on 12/03/2016) TSMO= 2002. Paint is easily an 8 so is the paint. Shines nicely. Plane had not been flown much because owner lost the Medical and license. It is equipped for IFR but would need the Avionics Shop inspection.Climbs easily and cruises near 130 kt based on my GPS. I flew it home at night and have flown it 3 other times (2 at night and two today).Come and inspect it, bring your mechanic if you want or there are mechanics on the field. I have the logbooks and you are welcome to them but in person. A $1,500 non refundable deposit upon winning the auction. The Rest cash when pick up.Airplane is sold as is. Flies and looks very nicely. I would fly it anywhere in the USA in confidence. No pay pal accepted because they charge too much for their fee. Unless you want to ad the extra 5% of the deposit. If you need a pilot to fly it to you let me know. I have a couple of good pilots that you can hire for that but you have to make arrangements with any of them yourself.
