I have owned this aircraft for about 8 years. It is an excellent four place aircraft that will outperform a Cessna 172. It can be flown with the canopy open, which makes hot weather use pleasant. I have really enjoyed this A/C, but I must sell because I have lost my medical. The logs are complete since day one. I have owned about 10 airplanes in my life and this is one of my favorites. It is light on the controls, and easy to fly. It is not a light sport aircraft however and can be IFR certified. (not current) The next annual will be due in November 2015, The paint is about a 7, and is original. All glass is in excellent condition. The interior was replaced in 2013 with a complete new interior purchased from Fletcher Aire, it is at least a 9. The interior compliments the exterior blue.The airplane was kept in a hangar the entire time I owned it. The logs are complete and up to date.
The engine is a Lycoming O-320 E2G with 160HP rating, with a McCauley Propeller BTM 7359

The tires and brakes are excellent. This airplane should give good service to the purchaser for many years. Fuel burn is 7-9 GPH depending on power setting. The airplane has about 3200 hours total time since new, and about 800 hours until TBO. All compression"s are above 70.
