Includes but not install new AC system... Aircraft had a Piper Factory AC system, it is still installed firewall back.. A/C compressor/bracket is not installed .. I ordered a complete new Piper Retro fit kit 134 system but never installed it because most people don"t want the extra weight.
This aircraft had a very extensive build / overhaul within the last few years... New Paint, Overhauled Engine, New Hoses engine & airfame, New tires not cheap ones but Goodyear Flight Customs, New Brakes, New hardware, New avionics including the S tec AP, Garmin 750, Aspen, new door seals, all new LED lights, New Cowl seals, New Wing root seals, you name it and it was done..
Only defect in the paint.... The upper cowl has (3) small stress cracks that came back after paint. Its nothing airworthy just a blemish in the paint, I think the paint shop should have primed the cowl and wet sanded a 2nd time before re painting the aircraft. Thats just my opinion , I"m very picky and most people wouldn"t have said anything as you have to look hard to fault this aircraft.
Aircraft has had an open check book with nothing over looked, no bolt untouched, truly an amazing plane. Whats left to make the plane absolutely perfect...
Center air vent plastic hasn"t been replaced yet & shows age, New A/C kit hasn"t been installed but is included 3K spent to have updated A/C components, converter box to allow Aspen to control S tec AP Altitude pre select (Aspen said its coming soon), Vertical card compass , Piper Sticker for the tail & Piper Arrow sticker for the cowl, Engine monitor (I have wanted to remove the Shadin and install a JPI or Electronics international all in one gauge)...
Please see photos , aircraft was not washed, detailed before photos. Aircraft just came back from a trip before the photos.. Don"t need to sell , but have another aircraft that is ready for some updates. One has to find a new home !
I have the last few years logs photo copy and more photos of the aircraft on a one drive file I can send a link to.
Pre buys are welcome. Theres a local shop on the field Four Star Aero that could perform one, also some independent A&P"s that could perform one at Flagler. Also your more than welcome to have you Mechanic inspect the aircraft.
Aircraft is hangared
There is no corrosion issues
Please ask any questions , I know I have missed some things .. Take some time to look at the photos.
