This airplane has been family owned since 1980. I have all the log books since new and all A/D"s have been complied with. The annual was done on 8-1-2020 the comps were 78, 76,76, 70. the engine is a lycoming 0-360-A-4-A and has 616 hours on the prop since new and engine SMOH done in 1991. the avionics are KX-170A and KX-170B with a glide slope. It has an 4-place intercom. this airplane needs interior, paint, and the avionics needs upgrading. This airplane has no damage history and has never been used as a trainer. I am open to any reasonable offer.This aircraft is located in Priest River Airport in North Idaho. Current date: 2020-10-16
