The total time is 5970.73. Annual was completed in November 2015. While compressions are good and it flies fine, it is due for its overhaul. If already done, this plane would sell for $65,000 because of all the extras it has! With these extras, $45,000 is a more than fair asking price. Alas, I"m ready to sell and move on but will not take less than $35,000. My loss and your gain. Happy Bidding.
Engine had major overhaul by Mattituck in July of 1995 at TT 3789.55.(SMOH)
Di-section of oil filter showed no signs of defect.
Compressions were good #1 - 78/80, #2 - 78/80, #3 - 79/80, #4 79/80.
Still running strong! Oil has been consistently changed at 50 hrs.
Prop was overhauled by New England Prop in April of 2003.
Corrosion Preventative applied to internal airframe in 1995.
Stainless Steel tanks installed in 1995.
Also installed Skycraft leading edge wing lights in 1995.
Corrosion Protection reapplied in July of 2001 when aircraft was repainted and interior redone.
Strobe lights installed in March 2003
AeroSafe standby vacuum was installed July 2004
Wing root seals replaced July 2007

Internal battery for G430 was replaced November 2014
