“Always hangared. Fabric in good condition. Wood wing spars inspected and look to be in excellent condition, pictures included. Needs to be annualed. Last annual 2008. Owner stop flying due to illness. Complete logbooks and all records dating back to 1972. One owner/ builder. Approx. 750 hours on engine and airframe. Engine is an O-360 with constant speed prop. Engine ran one week ago for 30 minutes and aircraft taxied short distance. All gauges and systems work except mixture control is very sticky. Compression checked HOT and all in the 70's.
