73 B55 3892TT, Has Full Deice Equipment. Plane is active, the corporation that owns it uses it often! Engines done in 2004 but Corporate flown so they have 1700 hours on them. Strong and used often so they will go a lot longer than engines that have sat and not used very often. Props in 2012 have 500 hours. Useful Load 1528#. KX165 & KX155 both with glideslopes. Trimble GPS Sandel HSI, STEC 65 autopilot w/ 3 axis & autotrim. JPI engine monitor (recently updated), wired for 2 transponders with 1 KT76a included. Recent spar inspection, O2 hydro inspection, heater inspection, batteries, brakes, Maintained to very high standard and flown often. Don"t be afraid of the engine times, these will go a Lot more hours than TBO. Compressions were 60"s and 70"s. In 1700 hours on these engines, only 1 cylinder has ever had to be changed!!!! Someone treats these engines right!!!
One Engine was a Factory Reman, the other was a Overhaul, This plane flies regular so it"s much better than most of these sitting twins that could need a lot of little things. Was sold new to Germany and spent it"s first 25 years there. Has German Logs plus Complete logs from when it was brought back and are included and shows no damage history. Has always been in annual, Current annual was completed November of 2015. Has always been stored inside a heated hangar and the paint and skin condition shows that. There has been paint touchups done over the years and it shows that it"s been flown and used. there is the typical paint damage where the props have thrown ice against the fuse. It"s mostly original paint so don"t expect a perfect paint job but it"s respectable. Interior is original and it"s in very useable shape. Windshield has a crack in it. It"s been there a while and it"s always been signed off on annuals that it"s airworthy. 1 fuel bladder replaced in 2002, other in 1997.
Aircraft must be picked up within 7 days of auction purchase or pay some hangar rent if you need it stored longer. It is available for inspection at Kalispell City Airport, S27 in Kalispell, MT, but do so before you buy it. There is a FBO and several Mechanics on this field, so a prebuy inspection should be easy to arrange.
