1973 Piper Cherokee 140 with 160hp STC. 8600TT airframe, 2103 SMOH. Logs complete. Ugly in and out. Maybe a 3/10 both interior and exterior.Runs/flies GREAT! Oil filter cut and clean! Uses 1 qt to 8 hrs! No corrosion issues! 57 hrs flown in last 2 months.Compressions checked recently and were 74/66/76/73Out of annual. Squawk list of known items it needs: beacon($150), compass service($50), rh fuel sender($300), nose strut kit($30), complete window kit($950), and a tail nav bulb($13).
KX170B Com works Great. Nav is INOP. ADF is INOP. The Com #2 Narco A11 does work, but receives from much further than it transmits to.
For expenses I can ferry it to you as is, or deliver after the annual!
I can bring it in and have a fresh annual completed within 2 weeks after airplane is paid for. The estimate for the shop to do the annual inspection which includes addressing(parts & labor) every item on the squawk list is $2500.00
