1973 Beechcraft Sierra B24R, N2505W, 4450 TTSN Being sold as fuselage and wings for parts. I will include a signed Bill Of Sale so you own this aircraft. I purchased this plane from a widow and flew it home on a ferry permit due to out of annual by less than a year. It really flew just fine. We started upgrading the panel, installed new interior, replaced some bushings on the landing gears and resealed actuators, brake master cylinders and complied with all AD’s in preparation for finishing the annual. We complied with AD 73-20-07 and found a crack in the forward wing attach point bracket so spent $6500 to have the Beech kit installed. Nearing completion of the annual we found an area of corrosion on the outboard wing spar that we determine was caused by paint stripper that seeped into the sheetmetal seam on top of the wing. No spar available and no approved repair for the spar so we decided to scrap the plane. I have removed the engine, prop, new interior and everything in the panel. You will get the Fuselage, Doors w/new handles, Wings with flight controls, Rudder, Stabilator, all 3 Landing Gears (recent donuts in nose), Power Pack, Yokes and Engine Mount. Basically what you see in the picture but prop/spinner not included. You are welcome to use my hangar to prepare for trailering the plane and I’d prefer less than a month. I made a fuselage dolly and had planned to remove the wings to salvage expensive parts like the gears but I’m just too busy to do it. I do have the logs scanned and will give you the airframe log and signed Bill Of Sale (clear title) with purchase. Please ask me any questions and no I don’t want to remove and sell parts from this plane. Thanks Current date: 2022-02-04
