Here is a great deal Its a Archer not warrior 180HP 1634TT SINCE NEW. All the times are verified thru annuals.The original owner died and the estate cant find the logs BUT A very good shop had copies on annuals from 1992 to 2014 when He quit flying it.The plane has autopilot and AIR CONDITIONING RARE!!!!!!!Good radios are still legal All compressions are good Just needs a good going over to fly away.The plane is in a hanger for 240 month in PA. and can be left there as long as you need.Tons of receipts, but logs were lost in Co. where he came from to Pa.
So NO LOGS!!! But plenty of receipts and copies of annuals. (LOOK AT PICS) New glass was last annual, front seats are shot but the rest are good. Has wheel pants, no hail ,no dents No damage history. I have all paperwork , title search and clean bill of sale signed by the estate. The paper work is open and will be sent to Debbie at King title to complete the sale.
