This is a 1974 Beech B-19 N6507R SN is MB-724 with NDH and all logs. It has 4277 TT and 1789 SMOH. This is the best trimmed aircraft I have ever flown and it has always been keep hangared. My solo private medical practice has exploded over the last few years, and at least I was smart enough to realize that I wasn"t flying enough to be safe. Needless to say, the aircraft has stayed hangared. It last flew 0n 3-31-13 and has been out-of-annual since 4-1-13. I am selling this as a flying aircraft that is out-of-annual since I also have not kept up my biannual or my medical. This is a great deal for the pilot who wants the choice of getting an annual the A of their choice. I can attach the squawk sheet complied by Barber Aviation in 12/13 at KMAE where the aircraft is located. They are very thorough which =$$.
