XCM is in a fantastic condition! Only 2089.6 Total hours since new! Annual inspection was just completed on March 8, 2016. A real turn key aircraft, she is ready to fly! This aircraft was always privately owned and has flown an average of approximately 50 hours per years since new. This is not a sitter.The current owner purchased the aircraft in 2007 and has flown 314.3 hours since then. His family has grown and with 3 kids now, he would like to move on to something bigger.No damage history, all ADs complied with.Imported into Canada in 1976 from the US with 550.05 hours. Previous US missing.

My business has been maintaining this aircraft for the current owner for the last 2 years. I know the ins and outs of this plane, and I can tell you that she is a clean, tight, corrosion free and well cared for machine. Compressions 75+ on each cylinders. This Lycoming engine will probably make it to 3000 hours, so plenty of hours left. I personally own a Cherokee 140 with the same engine model, and I just passed the 2600 Hours mark.
