This airplane has flown only 36 hours since it"s last Annual completed in 2010. We are in the process of completing an extensive Annual to include system re rigging, new battery, all new engine hoses, new vacuum hoses, seat track replacement, engine compression 76/77/78/78, IFR Certification, new attitude indicator, and corrosion removal. Owner spent more than $10,000 to get airplane in flyable condition to find that he has stage four cancer, so once annual is completed he can no longer fly the airplane and is forced to sell it. Anticipate annual being completed in the next two weeks by St. Charles Flying Service.
