You are bidding on a 1975 Cessna 172 M. 5260 TT 990 SMOH Lycoming O-320-E2D. Overhauled by Clydesdale on 4/1990. 11/20 Annual, compression were 76, 72, 74, 72/80, complete logs, KMA 24 audio panel, Narco 12D com/nav, Cessna 300 com/nav, Narco DME, Cessna ADF, Cessna Txp. No ADSB. Needs txp check done. Brackett air filter. Aileron and flap gap seals, Fueling steps. Powerflow exhaust. Interior is in OK condition. Some plastic has cracking 5/10. Articulating front seats, Exterior is White with brown and orange stripes. A few spots of paint is coming off mainly in the bottom of the plane, 5/10. Windows are free of cracks and windshield is getting a little smoky, all other are good. Overall a nice flying 172. No known damage or hail. A couple of spots of corrosion on the inside floor that was found and was removed and painted at annual, other then that, a clean airplane.
