Please read everything before asking questions, this is a modern flying 1976 Piper Cherokee one of the last made (not one of ancient the sixties models with crank trim overhead, cluttered non standard panels, screw fuses etc, hand brake only, dangerous lap seat-belts or others with run out engines or out of annual), I has standard panel layout with modern instruments, Archer/Arrow like throttle quadrant and center rocker switches, anuniciator lights for ALT, suction, oil pressure), shoulder sear belts on the front seats, toe brakes on both sides (pilot and co-pilot, perfect for training) plane runs and files fine, everything works as supped it just came out of an extensive annual last week. actual Times at last annual 06/22/2016 (next due 06/30/2017) TT Airframe 6941h Lycoming 150HP Engine SMOH 1471h (recommend TBO 2000h) good running engine I used less than one quart of oil in 30h MOGAS/( regular autogas 87 octane) STC is available (not included, cost appox $300 no modifications required) cheap to operate 7-8 GPHI did not run iton MOGAS since AVGAS is cheap here Propeller 136h since NEW complete logbooks since new landing incident 2007 professional repaired, 9 subsequent annual inspections since without any problems, no structural corrosion new parts 6/2016: pilot windshield, one new cylinder and piston, exhaust stack, landing light, ELT battery, oil and air filter all compression"s 75/80 or better new parts 2014: main gear tire, GIL battery EXTRAS: dual toe brakes (perfect for students)horn yokes (left with PPT) factory blower fan shoulder harness on both front seats wheel pants new quality sheepskin seat cover (pilot seat) pilot seat height adjustable rear seats installed (removable) elevator trim wheel on the floor (not the old overhead crank)12V outletUSB Charger AVIONICS VFR KX 170B NAV/COM both work fine old Trimble TLN 2000 IFR GPS with external annunciator (database outdated therefore no IFR) Intercom KT76A ATC mode C transponder with encoder 7” Tablet with GPS and current moving maps (sectional, AF/D, plates free updates) general condition: The plane flies well, flew from the Pacific (Oregon) to southern Florida (2800NM), and several times to the Bahamas, I would not hesitate to fly it any where within the USA. everything works as supposed Cosmetics: The plane is not a beauty, the paint is flat and the clear coat is coming off (maybe can removed with pressure-washer), The interior is functional but also not very nice the pilot seat has holes see picture (seat covers included) Some loose interior trim and upholstery Some legal stuff: All information are made to my best knowledge, times might go slightly up since the plane is flown.
