This Aerostar has been a corporate plane for the past few years. They have purchased a larger plane. Excellent maintenance history including all logs since new. Logs can be viewed on our website here In current annual and ready to fly. 6 SeatsThe higher time engine has had the lower end overhauled along with cylinders but can"t be called an overhaul. A spare engine is included in this sale. The spare engine was previously installed on the left side and developed an oil leak. They found a crack in the case so purchased a complete engine assembly (including baffling and accessories), had that engine overhauled by Barrett Precision Engines and currently has 66 hours SMOH. The spare engine will require a case. The right engine is still running and flying but should be considered past TBO. Purchase an overhauled case. Overhaul the spare engine, swap with the right engine and sell the higher time right engine to help finance your overhaul. Still, you can keep flying the right engine as-is until you have time to swap as it is running well.Title is clear and closing will be handled through Aerospace Reports.
