This is a great flying and dependable airplane. The 180HP conversion has it performing the same a brand new SP with the addition 250lbs gross, increase cruise and greatly increased climb makes this a true four seat aircraft. There are plenty of 172s out there that have been put together or polished up just enough that they can make it to market and become someone elses headache, this is not one of those. This aircraft is cared for, routinely flown and maintained to an exceptional level. It comes with top notch maintenance logs from its inception, complete AD compliance, current annual, and current IFR certification. Never used for flight school, always hangered and currently owned by a professional pilot. I wouldn"t bat an eye to flying her anywhere. Paint is not perfect but is still in very good condition, interior upgraded including carpet, seats, and plastic, new windshield, decent glass(slight haze), brand new magnetos installed last annual. Plane runs smooth and flies great, good IFR platform and great cross country machine. I would be happy to have prospective buyers come look at the plane or could fly it to your location for inspection. I highly recommend a prepurchase inspection by either our local mechanic or a mechanic of your choice. Aircraft times may change slightly as the plane is flown regularly.
