All ADs(Spar, Vert fin, Seat, etc) done by Commander Aircraft. 1600 SMOH with fresh teardown inspection. Paint is very good. Interior is good, but could use some sprucing up. 3 blade McCauley. Tip strobes. Good logs. Plane has KMA20 audio panel, Dual King KX170Bs, KCS-55A HSI, KR85 ADF, KT76A transponder with mode C, KN65 DME, KN74 RNAV, King KLN-89B GPS, Century IIB autopilot with STEC 30 altitude hold, and quartz cloc.
