I am offering a 1977 Piper Cherokee PA-28-161. this Cherokee was used as a trainer for a period of its life prior to completely overhauling. in 2009 the air frame was stripped and painted in the new Piper paint scheme. all the glass was replaced along with the complete leather interior. in 2012 the engine was completely overhauled by Lycoming along with all accessories. it currently has 212 hrs SFOH. the instrument panel was also updated with a Garmin 430 WAAS. it is a fully instrument certified flyer. the air frame has 12,043 hrs TTAF. in October 2017 a micro-burst hit the hangar and a portion of the wall fell on the rt wing causing damage to the wing. the annual is current and will be due in August 2018. the IFR cert will be due in July 2018. this Cherokee is currently hangared in Cleveland, Ohio. you can call me any time to discuss this sale. 928-529-7587 I also have a wing that I would sell at and additional price of $3,500 complete. a $2000 deposit will be required at end of auction Current date: 2018-02-27
