Item specifics
Condition: Used Model Year: 1977
1977 Cessna 182 that experienced a hard landing. the firewall was compromised along with some structural parts in the lower fuselage forward of the door post area. we have located a forward fuselage section of the same year as this one that can be bought for 8000 dollars and will include that info with this aircraft. have an estimate from a trusted sheet metal man for 7000 to do the repairs. also the landing gear fairings will need to be replaced but no gear damage. there is no other damage to the plane! the wings, tail section, engine mount, exhaust, and cowling are good. the paint is immaculate and the interior was redone in 2014 and has very few hours of use. the plane was in annual until summer of 2016 so it has not been sitting around for years. the accident happened fairly recently but somehow the insurance company and the owner had a falling out so it was decided to total the plane. the shop that had started the repairs was told to cease work on it and we acquired it.the radios are as follows

The engine is an 0-470-U with 680 since major overhaul. it has been disassembled for prop strike inspection. the cylinders have been rehoned and new valves installed so they are ready to go. the crank and case have been examined and are serviceable but will need to be yellow tagged. all accessories are there. the rocker shafts are not there, and there are disposables that have been discarded. no prop is included.
have all of the log books and paperwork for the plane as well as cert. of airworthiness, and poh.
