This aircraft has been repainted within the last year. The paint is about a 8. The paint was not stripped. It was sanded to paint. The color is burgundy and off-white. Engine has 50 hours since major overhaul. All accessories overhauled. They have been sent off, rebuilt, and yellow-tagged. I have receipts for the overhauls. The prop has 50 hours since new, NOT rebuilt, at a cost of $10,800. The radios are older radios but it has a good Garmin 300XL and a 720 channel King which works. It has electric trim. Wing leveler and heading auto 3 autopilot. It has an old WX10 stormscope that works. Transponder and everything else works well. The only damage this airplane has had that we know of was a gear-up take-off in 1985 and was repaired very well. 4 place intercom. It also has new tan leather interior at a cost of $4,000, and all new glass. It has a fresh annual. Receipts available and all AD"s complied with. Total time on the airplane is 4,300 hours. Has full set of log books since new. Overhaul was done by Mountain View Air Repair, Mountain View, Arkansas. Mechanic builds good motors and has never had an engine failure. He built engines for Midway Aircraft Brokers for 20 years and is still building engines now. I paid $58,000 for the airplane 12 years ago and have put over $45, 000 in it since.
