EXCELLENT CONDITION Just out of a $7,000 Annual Inspection: Replaced the propeller with an almost new and Overhauled Prop (less than 15 hrs ago), ALL 4 cylinders were sent out to the Engine Shop for rings etc then installed less than 20 hr ago and now it will fly from . 5 years to 10 years before overhaul needed. Added PTT on both sides, Flap motor replaced, NEW Seat Rails, Sealed all windows, Muffler overhauled, Long range tanks, Garmind GTX 327 transp., Garmin Audio Panel, The AutoPilot is not working but will be soon, Garmin GPS installed in the Instrument Panel, It is IFR equipped and soon will be certified for IFR. Interior is 8-9/10 paint is 8/10. TT approx. 3,000, TSMOH is approx. 2,200 Really Nice looking and Mechanically very sound. I am selling my share because I just purchased another Cessna (1982) and don"t need 2 airplanes. I can text you pictures of the excellent interior or whatever you need. Airplane is based in Kissimmee, Florida (KISM). Airplane will be based in KISM or maybe by agreement the other 2 owners are thinking about moving it to KORL. Call me with any questions. I can take you for a test fly and you will see the outstanding condition.Monthly expenses are Hangar $375 plus tax divided by 3, insurance is about $1,000 divided by 3, electricity in the hangar is like $10 per month per owner. Because the aircraft is REALLY owned by the 3 of us we just pay one third of expenses. Scheduling has never been a problem; the owner who is going to fly simply texts the other 2 and once you text, you fly. Everything about the aircraft is acted on upon agreement.
