Beautiful C172N 160 horsepower, TTSTO= +/- 10 hr TTSOH = +/- 1,900 hr My partner and I purchased it at the begining of this year with the intention of keeping it for at least 5 yr. We have invested a lot of $$ to get it in the shape anyone would want to with the purpose of making it a great aircraft to keep. We have not registered it in our names waiting to finish the improvements and the Annual Inspection. We sent the 4 cylinders out for overhaul less than 10 hr ago, instrument panel lightning fixed, installed a Garmin GTX 327 transponder, it has a Garmin Audio Panel, a Garmin 496 GPS mounted in the instrument panel, we had PTT installed (both), interior is an 8, maybe a 9 out of 10. It is IFR equiped but not certified (I am not Instrument Rated) It is right now undergoing the Annual Inspection. When it is finished this coming week it will have Overhauled Magnetos, Left tank"s valve replaced, (Extended Range Fuel Tanks), Prop will be Overhauled or replaced, Muffler will be repaired or replaced (tiny crack), flap motor replaced, and EVERYTHING needed will be corrected. We thought we wanted a 172 but we have the opportunity to go 3 way on a Skylane and we are going to do that, therefore we are willing to sell this one. We know that we will definetly loose money because we have invested a good amount of money in purchasing it and a lot more in getting it to the condition we wanted to have it because we were "sure" that we wanted to keep it. The question is not if we are going to loose money, it is who is going to take advantage of all the money we have spent in making this an aircraft to keep? (if you want a 172). Right now I do not have more pictures because it is in the shop. We are going to offer it for sale ONLY once, knowing that we will loose a good portion of the investment we have spent on it. If we do not sell it we will probably keep it and find a use for it. We are asking $49,500 for it but will consider a reasonable offer. We will not accept pay pal because they keep too much money. A deposit of $2,000 and the balance when you pick it up. I can help with delivery east of the Rockies. You can call or textAngel 407-340-4104. Aircraft is hangared in Kissimmee, Florida (KISM)
