Aircraft was listed in 2014 for 350K ... Was involved in a law suit and sat for 2 yrs while the court decided who got the plane. The old owner kept the log books, We believe these logs and records will come available in the future as we have seen this case in the pasted.. .. Its has (2) issues.. Original logs are missing, we have reconstructed the logs.. 2nd issue from sitting for 2 yrs outside doors shut in the roof where the scat tube (Metal wire wrap touched the Aluminum rib theres some corrosion the ribs ) Talking with some shops that work on 400 series Cessna I understand this is a common issue. Not a hard fix and I have a local that has already given a price to repair this issue. Inside wings, tail, etc there are no signs of corrosion we found during our inspection.
Aircraft can be ferried as is, and is ready to go. No oil leaks, fuel leaks, Fuel pumps working (Right pump just replaced with overhauled unit), AC blows cold, AP seems to work good, Digital FF works great, #2 Nav/Com INOP...
Aircraft was on a PART 135 until 2007 in Bentonville, AR
