Low time 1978 Cessna P-210 with 2720 total airframe time and "0" since major overhaul by Signature Engines with new Millenium cylinders and warranty! Propeller has 460 hours since overhaul in 2009. Complete logbooks since new, no known hail or corrosion. The plane has had two incidents in it"s past, a gear up landing in 1989 and an off airport landing in 1993 due to fuel starvation (details can be found on the NTSB website). The repairs appear to be proper, plane has been through numerous inspections since the incidents including maintenance by Vitatoe Aviation, a recognized 210 authority. The paint is allover White with Grey and Black accent, hangared and rated 6/10. Interior is Grey leather seats with Grey side panels and Black carpeting, also rated 6/10. Annual due July 1, 2016. Current IFR certified. The owners of this low time P-210 no longer have a need for it, that is why we are selling the plane for them. They have maintained it pretty much with an open checkbook. The engine overhaul was $50,000 with accessories and new fluid hoses. It has been here in Ohio for the past six years. Always a US registered airplane, no known foreign history.
