You are bidding on a 1979 Cessna 172N Aircraft. This plane has the 160 horsepower Lycoming O-320-H2AD engine. It has been flown regularly and well maintained by a very reputable shop. It has been hangared at KTUP since I have owned it. It is well equipped and fully IFR capable. It is a great instrument training platform. I have personally logged hundreds of hours in the plane. The aircraft has been flown regularly. It flew 100 hours last year and 216 hours the year before.
All ADs have been complied with. The 500 hour mag inspection was performed 91.4 hours ago during last years annual. Received new oil cooler hoses and oil pressure hose at last years annual.
