Aircraft is located in Elko, Nevada.2) All funds are by wire transfer only.3) Buyer to make a 10% deposit within 2 business days to Insured Aircraft Title Services in Oklahoma City, OK. Instructions will be provided.4) Cost of escrow fees (roughly $600 - $700) will be split equally between buyer and seller.5) Buyer will be allowed an inspection of the aircraft within a reasonable time period. If Buyer takes more than 3 weeks from the date of the winning bid to complete inspection, transaction may be cancelled by seller at will.
