It is nothing that an owner can not do. So, the question is do you want a freshly painted plane to sit in your hangar that all your friends will come by and say "beautiful airplane." Or do you want one that is totally original, where every scratch for 37 years is still there and not covered up, but whose aluminum is shinny and strong, with no corrosion whatsoever, that you can fly and enjoy for a long time.
