You are looking at a 1979 Piper Warrior 11. Don"t let the high time fool you. This aircraft has been government maintained with meticulous maintenance and records. It has all log books from day one and many new parts (tires, rotors, brakes, fuel pumps,etc.) The airframe has 13K hours on it , but you would never know it by looking at it. The engine has 2069 since factory overhaul and is spotless. All compressions are 76/80 or better and uses little to no oil. The plane just flew 18 hours and the oil is still crystal clear. Paint is clean and rated 8. Interior is also very clean and rated 8. This plane would make a great time builder aircraft and an excellent plane to get your instrument rating in.
