I am selling this aircraft because my kid just finished her Private Pilot License and Instrument Rating. She is now transitioning to a high-performance/complex aircraft.
The aircraft was previously hangared; it is now on a tie down due to the pending sale.
There are only 125 of these aircraft still registered with the FAA, 124 in the United States, and only 13 in the State of California. Even fewer are flying. This is an especially rare find!
The airplane is an excellent trainer and time building aircraft, built to Beechcraft standards. The plane is exceptionally cheap to operate and own! Insurance and maintenance are low.

Engine Compressions: #1 - 74/80, #2 - 75/80, #3 78/80, #4 78/80 Basic Panel including dual VORs (one with glide-slope), dual NAV/COMMs (a KX-155 and a KX-170B). NOTE: Dynon has just approved the Skyview HDX for the Beech Skipper. This means you are able to purchase and install a glass cockpit to this unique little airplane!
