Looking for 1 or 2 partners to Co-Own this nice 172P. One of the Best model year made. Many flight schools look for the P model because it has one of the Best Engines in the Cessna line. Annual Inspection was 16 days ago. TT = 1,582.5 TSMO = 243.9 Most probably we won"t have to overhaul the engine for about 17 years.At Annual the Seat Rails were replaced with New McFarlane rails. Cost was $400 for the parts and about 16 hr to replace them. Front landing gear link was overhauled. Inspection was very detailed. Just a month ago I purchased and had installed a Garmin GTX 327 transponder to replace the old Cessna Transponder at a cost of $1,500. The space on top of the Radio stack is where the Obsolete Loran was. I removed it. Flies so, so smooth that if you fly with me and don"t agree I will pay dinner. Sheep skin seat covers.
I have a partner that does not want to fly anymore and wants out. I would like to get one or two partners. Half ownership is $25,500 and eventually a third partner would be $17,000. I had inquiries about selling it out right and we would sell the whole aircraft for $59,600. It is based in Orlando, Florida (KORL) for the partnership.
