It was flown regularly for 4 yrs then had engine failure due to broken crankshaft. Successful autorotation with minimal damage. Oleo struts were replaced and rear crossmember replaced. Engine overhauled at Triad Aviation in Burlington, NC. It has been hangared since. Currently is out of annual but will come with fresh annual. It has KY196A radio, TDR 950 transponder.
