Description: Awesome 1982 50th Anniversary Edition Bonanza B36TC Turbocharged high flier!! Modern wing styling used on G36 aircraft. Very nice condition with good avionics including: Garmin 430 with Waas upgrade, Garmin MX20 MFD with chartview and XM, New JPI Color fuel (night pictures), King 200 autopilot, and more!! Just added new Comet Flash strobes (3 Position), LED front landing and taxi lights with new alternating multi-position switching/flashing (PulseLite), and fresh oil change! Factory Continental ReMan engine installed in 2010 with approximately 680 hours now and factory tuned injectors. About 3800 on the airframe. New interior 2006 is holding up well with some wear evident. Dual-Pane tinted window inserts. Paint 1996 shows some chips on the leading wing edge and around cowling, but looks decent. Flies smooth and fast. Flight plan at 165 Knots to include your climb to altitude. Full factory oxygen system. Usually flies around 200mph ground speed. Fresh Annual completed with next due 09/2016. Empty Weight=2608...Max 3850...Useful Load=1242#"s. 102 Gallons of fuel useable for long flights cross country. Burns around 18.3 GPH with 1550 Turbo Temp and 28 Manifold and 23 RPM. (I run rich of peak). 5-6 hours of non-stop flying. Go high over ice and weather or low. Take off at high altitude density runways with ease and power.
