This is a project airplane with almost everything to make it fly again. It was disassembled after being airworthy and flying 400 hours, to change the nose to the longer, more aerodynamic version, and to add the access compartment. The engine cowels were modified for the new exhaust that come straight out the back. The “blisters” were added under the strakes.
After the modifications were made the aircraft was left unfinished and unpainted. The engine was inspected for corrosion in 2010 and has been stored inside since.
This auction includes memorabilia, plans, build materials, extra parts, airframe logs, airworthiness cert, but NO engine logs, with the exception of some notes as to the storage of the engine in 2010. The engine includes both magnetos, new sky tech starter, alternator, baffles, new and old exhaust, propeller adapters, and harness.
The aircraft is made from fiberglass but still includes some aluminum parts. Some of those aluminum parts are corroded, including the mounts for the canard which would require repair.
This auction does not include a propeller or radios.
This aircraft is sold as is where is with no warranty or guarantees. Buyer is responsible for shipping or pick up from Keene, New Hampshire. Deposit of $500 required within 48 hours of auction close via PayPal.
