Below is information on this ready to go aircraft.
This aircraft has gone through an extensive disassembly and re-assembly process with many components stripped and painted. All systems have been inspected, cleaned, function tested and repaired or replaced as required. This is not just a quick assemble as received from China, but something closer to an IRAN inspection. This process represents over 1,200 man-hours over a period of 20 months. Below are just some of the photos documenting this process. I have over 600 photos that will be included on DVD.

The aircraft is in good, solid corrosion-free condition. The engine was preserved and crated in China prior to exportation. The engine was borescoped and looked very clean and completely corrosion free. The engine and propeller have been installed and test run. There are no signs indicating that the aircraft has ever had any damage. The paint is in poor condition and may be original. The canopy is in useable condition. A lot of work has been done so far and there are many new parts. I am going through all the mechanical and electrical systems completing a very extensive conditional inspection/annual. Once it is completed and in flying condition, I will start on cosmetic improvements.
This is owned and being worked on by an ATP pilot, A&P/IA mechanic. All work done will be certified by a proper log book entry at the time of the sale.
The first engine run was done on 6/14/14 and everything went as it should. We did about a 15 minute run and pulled the plugs and then did a second 5 minute run. After the second run, we did a compression check. Here are the results:
1. 70/80
2. 73/80
3. 75/80
4. 78/80
5. 75/80
6. 78/80
7. 76/80
8. 74/80
9. 73/80
The engine appears to be in good internal condition as evidenced by the compression readings and there was no debris or metal found in any of the engine screens.
I have not flown aircraft yet as my pilot license is not current at this time. The plane is ready to go and can be flown to your location.
