This is a 1992 Kitfox 2 with a Rotax 582 engine and Aerocet 1100 straight floats. I bought this plane from the original owner/builder. The air frame has about 200 hours on it the the engine has about 1 hour on it. It has an adjustable cart to launch and load it when it is on land. There are no tears in the fabric. The fuel tank was replaced with an aluminum one with a float style fuel gauge you can see in the pictures, one side of the egt gauge is not currently working but both the probes did check out good. The prop is an Ivo in flight adjustable, I have the wiring for it but all the brushes are gone so it will not adjust, when I called Ivo they just suggested to buy a new prop. The water rudder cables are new, the fuel lines and filters are new, the gascolater is new, carbs have been rebuilt, new fuel pump, all the throttle cables are new, and also a new radiator under the belly has been installed. The plane just needs the egt gauge to be replaced and a new prop and a fresh annual to be airworthy, there is a few nicks and scratches on the aircraft but what can you expect for a plane that is over 20 years old. I am only selling it to put the funds towards another project at this time, I also have the landing gear but without the wheels. Current date: 2018-11-24
