All flights are operating under CFR Part 91 operations and in full compliance with FAA Circular 91-37B. You lease the airplane, you retain operation control, you decide when to fly, where to fly, you purchase the fuel, and you retain the pilots.
This is a great alternative to chartering a aircraft, insofar as the end cost is about 50 cents on the dollar of the charter rate! The FAA is very specific about DRY leases...this means I have to make sure you understand what operational control is...and a few other things. I fully executed lease will be sent to the FAA, BEFORE your first flight.
NO TSA, NO SECURITY...GET IN AND GO!!!
You have all the control here...you decide where to stop for gas...and when...and only pay for the time the wheels leave the ground to the time they touch the ground (flight time)
You pay for the fuel...she burns about $900 a hour in fuel, at high speed cruise! You also provide a current crew...($1200-$1,500 per day)....and you are off to your next adventure.
I cannot provide you with a pilot...or a member of the flight crew...this is against FAA rules...but I do have a list of most of the current Falcon 20 crews, Facebook Groups...etc...it"s pretty easy actually!
I sell blocks of 20 hours at a time. I, personally...own the jet. The jet stays at my hangar in Dupage, IL. when not in use.
