There are only 1309 hours on the airframe and engine since new - showing that it"s never been used as a trainer with the typical wear and tear that a trainer would experience. It has an unbelievable avionics stack to include a 10" Arnav flat panel display, upgraded Garmin 430W, Garmin 250xl nav/com/gps, Garmin 340 audio and Garmin 327 digital transponder. All of this is coupled to an STEC-30 autopilot system. The ELT has been upgraded to a 406mhz as well. *There are actually two Arnav displays included. The first went out so I bought a new one. The second worked for a while and then went out...at which time I investigated the problem. The voltage output was out of adjustment and the breaker didn"t trip. I had that repaired and then called the avionics shop who said that it"s nothing more than an internal fuse in both units, most likely. However, after flying with the upgraded Foreflight and IPad, I have no incentive to ever go back to the first generation glass panel display. I have since made a panel that covers the opening and could be used to mount an IPad (or whatever else you wanted). Or, if you want to use the flat panels, you"d have TWO of them, one for backup just in case. I bought the plane after it was in a hangar that flooded when a stream overflowed. The water never got above the wheels but then the bearings rusted and locked up. I had all bearings, brakes, and tires replaced with new ones after bead blasting and cleaning the wheels. It"s now in better shape down there than one that didn"t get wet and has flown for a year after that repair. The Continental IO-360 ES 210hp engine is extremely good running with no oil leaks or burning and a fuel consumption of 8-9gph on average. The single lever throttle control is really easy and takes the guesswork out of a constant speed prop. I have always ran synthetic oil and flown it very, very gingerly. Bottom line is that this is an awesome plane that is truly ready to go cross country tomorrow. The side yoke took about 5 minutes to get used to and now seems easier than a panel yoke. I love how it frees up the visibility of the panel and de-clutters everything. I will gladly deliver it for expenses only as an excuse to fly it more. $2000 deposit due through PayPal within 48 hours, full payment within 7 days. Final payment can be wire transfer, check, cash, cashier"s check, etc. However, if paying by cashier"s check, funds must clear before plane is released. **If you pay the full amount within 48 hours, I will fill both fuel tanks for free, saving you several hundred dollars.** Aircraft is located at 7M5 airport in Ozark, AR. If you would like to fly in commercially and fly the plane home, the closest airport is Fort Smith, AR - and of course, I"ll pick you up in person. Your bid is a legally binding contract to purchase, not to have first right of refusal and to inspect it. Please bid to win. I take a lot of time and effort to be as thorough and complete as possible when listing. Feel free to ask any questions and if you"d like to speak to my mechanic, I will send his information.
**Aircraft is for sale locally and on our website. I reserve the auction to sell it outside of the auction. Current date: 2018-06-15
