This is a well-kept, legal, good looking, two-seat PPC (powered parachute). I am a Certified Flight Instructor in PPCs and this is my personal machine that I use for flying friends, family, and Discovery Flights.
Think of the fun you could have! It"s a real rush to be soaring high or (safely) flying low. PPCs generally fly "low and slow", where you can see (and smell) everything. And since you"re steering with your feet, your hands are free to take pictures, wave, whatever. With the wind in your face and no confining cockpit, you really feel like you"re out in the air flying like a bird.
PPCs are the easiest (and safest) way to fly, but you do need to take training -- both to be legal and to be safe.
Believe me, flying is an addictive hobby. You"ll love it. And the nice thing about having a 2-seat aircraft is that you can take up other people to share the experience.

The PPC resides at Arlington airport, north of Seattle.
It starts fine, runs fine, and flies fine. But if you want to, you can get a "pre-buy" inspection for around $250 from a certified A&P mechanic that"s on-site. If you want to continue to hangar it at Arlington: we (a bunch of PPC"ers) share four enclosed hangars at a cost of $27/mo. each, which also gets you access to our classroom/pilot lounge stocked with snacks and drinks. You also get access to help, advice, parts and camaraderie.
A good way to find out if flying is for you is to take a 30 minute Discovery Flight with me. The cost is $65, but if you then purchase my aircraft I"ll take that off the price.
