As a motivated seller I’d like you to consider my 2006 CGS Hawk Arrow 2 Sport. I am the second owner and purchased it from the original builder. Airframe and engine have 90 hours since new.
The Rotax 503 runs perfectly and has electric start. It is spinning an Ivo 3 blade ground adjustable prop. The aircraft has a basic electrical system with room for expansion. The oil injection system has been removed.
The aircraft has hydraulic brakes, manual pitch trim, 19 gallons of fuel. The full inclosure and fabric are in great shape and have been cleared to protect them from damage from UV and chemicals.
Basic instruments include dual EGT and single CHT, airspeed and altimeter. Tachometer, master switch, hobbs meter and 12v receptacle finish out the panel. Controls in front only.
Current registration, airworthiness certificate, owner’s manual, build manual & assembly drawings with part number call outs on all of the drawings. All are included. Build pictures and original purchase agreement & order form also go with the plane.
This aircraft is kept in environmentally controlled hangar not out under a barn!
I stay in touch with Terry who is the current owner of CGS Hawk Manufacturing. I spoke with him last week at Sun N Fun. He is an awesome guy and is still producing this aircraft. He has no problems supporting it with parts or upgrades and is a very knowledgeable reference when you own a hawk.
