8/5/2020 Vector Air: Disabled landing gear up extender in reference to Piper service bulletin 866A. Installed Piper service kit 765-303. Installed placard for emergency gear down operation.
7/1/2020 Aspen Flying Club: RH wheel bearings. Installed new snap ring and new grease seal.
6/25/2020 Aspen Flying Club: Performed engine overspeed inspection. Performed full power ground run. Max RPM was 2600 inspected and approved for further flight, operation check satisfactory.
6/11/2020: Front Range Aircraft Maintenance: Performed aircraft annual inspection, AD"s to this date, Removed and inspected the following: wheels and bearings, fuel strainer no discrepancies, removed tested ELT, fabricated and installed POH/AFM required placards returned to service. Removed and re installed landing gear lights into proper position. Airworthiness approval to return to service.
4/29/2020 Aspen Flying Club: Replaced RH main gear actuator with new, serviced reservoir. Gear retraction test and emergency gear extension. operational and leak check satisfactory.
4/10/2020 Aspen Flying Club: Installed overhauled Prestolite power pack, serviced reservoir. Gear retraction test and emergency gear extension. operational and leak check satisfactory.

6/11/2020 Front Range Aircraft Maintenance: Performed engine inspection annual, AD"s to this date. Compressions as follows: 79, 78, 78, 77/80. Removed, cleaned gapped and rotated spark plugs. Serviced engine with 8 Qts. oil and new filter. Removed cleaned and reinstalled fuel injector nozzles no discrepancies.
5/4/2020 Aspen Flying Club: Cut open oil filter no discrepancies noted. Serviced with 8 Qts. oil and new filter.
1/6/2020 Annual inspection compressions as follows: 70, 62, 68, 64/80. Replaced all spark plugs. Installed Tempest P/N UREM38E. AD"s to this date.
Avionics: Garmin GNS 530W GMA 345GI 106A Lynx L3 transponder Narco MK12DDME 890 Piper auto control III AP system
Complete interior shows minimal wear overall. Aft left airframe lower section has small ding see picture.
Non Prop strike engine makes a good repair aircraft as seen.
Left wing has damage to fuel tank leading edge and aft wing wrinkles. Gear box section needs inspection
